Archival & Documentary Evidence Expert Specializing in Complex U. S. Citizenship & Immigration Cases

I help individuals and immigration law firms locate and obtain historical records, especially hard-to-find immigration and naturalization documents, that can:

  • Substantiate derivative citizenship claims

  • Clarify legal status

  • Strengthen legal filings and U. S. passport applications

I’ve built my career on understanding the systems others find impenetrable – USCIS, the National Archives, the Department of State – and how to uncover records many assume are lost or don’t even know to search for.

When cases hinge on missing or unclear documentation, I provide the archival expertise that can make the difference.

Recent projects:

  • Argentina: Documenting limited physical presence in the U. S. in the 1960s and 1970s to determine eligibility for native-born individuals who later resided in Argentina to pass on U. S. citizenship to their children

  • Venezuela: Obtaining Venezuelan-born father's CRBA in 1947 and later presence in the U. S. to support application for a U. S. passport
